Share capital

On 31 December 2022, the fully paid-in share capital of PW Holding amounted to CHF 7 052 745. It is divided into 7 052 745 registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.00 each. Additionally, the company has conditional capital of CHF 1 396 638 and authorized capital of CHF 1 000 000 to cover option and conversion rights.
