33. Approval of financial statements and dividends

The financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors on 22 April 2024 and authorized for issue, and are subject for approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors proposes not to pay a dividend for 2023 (2022: no dividend paid).
