8. Board and Executive compensation
As of the balance sheet date, there are loans between the company as a borrower and the Board of Directors in the amount of CHF 3.5 million (2022: CHF 2.5 million). In addition, there are other short-term liabilities against the Board of Directors in the amount of CHF 0.12 million.
