6. Other short-term interest-bearing liabilities

As of 31 December 2018, the short-term liabilities consist of four loans from shareholders in the amount of CHF 9.1 million. The loans have an interest of 6 % and 3 %. The maturities are agreed from March 2019 to April 2019 and December 2019.
